We have a tradition of keeping our clients informed at any stage of the execution of our services. Our marketing manager contacts new clients. She provides general information about the company and details of the services SBW International BV offers. After a contract has been agreed and the work has started, the communication is taken over by other members of our staff. The researchers give an account of the progress made in services by the R&D department in quarterly reports. The progress of services by the production departments is communicated by the product managers with a frequency desired by the client.

The product managers are responsible for the planning and execution of the micropropagation services and they also take care of after-sales activities. Researchers and product managers all have individual telephone extensions and e-mail addresses and because they are personally responsible for execution of the services provided, they are always able to offer up-to-date information
